MUSICTODAY TICKETING USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to the Musictoday, LLC and VEGOOSE 2007 ticketing ("Site") which provides its services to you subject to the following notices, terms and conditions ("Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all laws and regulations governing the Site. Musictoday, LLC has the right to change these Terms at any time, which shall be effective as to any transaction made following the posting of the change on the site.

Sales and Refunds

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VEGOOSE 2007 will take place RAIN OR SHINE . All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at VEGOOSE 2007; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival.

    In the event of a cancellation of VEGOOSE 2007, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Service,facility, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If the Festival is moved to another date tickets will remain valid and refund requests will be accepted up until (and including) the revised date of the event. In the event of a cancellation or postponement we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order) to notify you of the event status.

    Guard your tickets carefully - just like cash! There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REISSUES for lost or stolen tickets!

  • Tickets for sale are intended for purchase by adults. By making a purchase on the site, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age.


Order Pickup and Delivery


  • OFFICIAL RULES FOR VEGOOSE FESTIVAL ARE LISTED ON http://www.vegoose.com, and these rules apply verbatim to all purchase activity within this site, and by agreeing to this User Agreement, you acknowledge that the terms may be subject to change based on information displayed on http://www.vegoose.com.
  • TICKETS WILL BEGIN BEING SHIPPED ON OCTOBER 10TH, 2007, VIA THE DELIVERY METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE. ROLLING SHIPMENTS WILL BEGIN ON THAT DAY TO ALLOW YOU THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS UNTIL FEST DAY. PLEASE REMEMBER TO HAVE YOUR TICKETS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS WHERE YOU WILL BE IN THE SECOND AND THIRD WEEKS OF OCTOBER. Remember UPS delivers between 8AM and 5PM Monday-Friday so please provide an address where you will be during those hours. Many of our customer’s have their tickets shipped to their business address for this reason. If three attempts are made without success, the tickets will be returned to us. We can resend them to you for an additional ship fee of $15.00. If we need to overnight the tickets in order for you to have them by the time of the show, that fee increases to $25.00. THERE IS NO WILL CALL FOR THIS EVENT. We will send you an email with the UPS Tracking Information on the day your tickets are shipped.

  • By placing your order, you acknowledge that your name will be released to the event coordinator.
    Scalping and Re-Selling
    • Scalping of tickets is prohibited! Tickets purchased through this site are intended for personal use. We strictly prohibit the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through this site for profit, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $25.00 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.


    Lawful Use

    You may visit, view and retain copies of this Site for your own personal use but may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute information from the Site for any purpose other than to review event information and to purchase tickets for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Musictoday, LLC. Musictoday.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Musictoday, LLC believes the customers conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Musictoday, LLC.

    Copyright

    All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software is the property of Musictoday, Inc. or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Musictoday, Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software of this site may be used as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved

    Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your own risk. Musictoday, LLC does not promise that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from use of the Site content. The Site and content are delivered on an "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Musictoday, LLC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Musictoday, LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages. The disclaimer of liability applies to any and all damages or injury from any cause, including without limitation damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
